By accessing or using the AI Growth Operating System ("AIGOS") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

AIGOS provides AI-powered social media content generation, scheduling, and analytics services for businesses and marketing agencies.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or business may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated means to access the service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

• Content you create using AIGOS belongs to you
• The AIGOS platform, including its code and design, is owned by NucciTech
• You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUCCITECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
